specializations in Post Rehabilitative Exercise, Sports Conditioning,
and Nutrition & Wellness. She has worked in the fitness industry for
over 15 years. She holds certifications from PhysicalMind Institute,
Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, and American Fitness
Professionals & Associates. She is also a member of IDEA and The
Pilates Method Alliance. Active all of her life in dance and other
sports, Carey defines health as the ability to have your body
accomplish whatever you require of it each day, no matter your age.
She believes that being physically fit is the key to living a quality life.
Carey also enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, cycling and running.
Currently she is training for her first marathon. She is the proud
mother of three children ages 13, 11 and 8.
Diane Bramos
Diane is a Centered Pilates certified mat instructor and an AFAA certified
Personal Trainer. She has been involved in fitness as an adult for two
and a half years – the first year for herself and the rest to help others
realize their own fitness goals. She believes fitness is not just physical,
but a mental and spiritual attitude as well. She feels that women
especially forego their own fitness for the sake of their family instead of
realizing that taking care of themselves is taking care of their family.
Each and every person deserves to be fit. In addition to personally
enjoying pilates and weight training, Diane also enjoys group cycling,
sewing and reading. She is proudly married to an active duty sailor and
has two enjoyable children.
